SMS Messaging Disclosure
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Llewellyn Systems Inc, you consent to receive text messages for transactional alerts, account notifications, appointment reminders, and service updates.

1. Program Description
1.1 Company. Llewellyn Systems Inc ("we," "us," "our") operates the ODE-LOS, an enterprise decision automation platform for professional services organizations.
1.2 SMS Program. Our SMS messaging program provides subscribers with:
- Transactional Messages: Account alerts, verification codes, appointment reminders, service notifications, and system updates
- Support Messages: Responses to customer inquiries and support requests
- Marketing Messages: Promotional offers and product updates (requires separate opt-in consent)

2. Opt-In Consent
2.1 How to Opt In. You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Providing your phone number during account registration and checking the SMS consent box
- Enabling SMS notifications in your account settings
- Texting a designated keyword to our toll-free number
- Verbally consenting during a phone call with our team
2.2 Consent Language. When you opt in, you will see or hear the following disclosure:
"By checking this box and providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Llewellyn Systems Inc for account alerts, notifications, and service updates. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service."
2.3 Separate Marketing Consent. Marketing/promotional messages require a separate, clearly marked opt-in checkbox that is unchecked by default. Transactional consent does not include marketing messages.
3. Message Frequency & Data Rates
3.1 Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interaction with our services:
- Transactional messages: Sent as triggered by account events (login alerts, reminders, etc.)
- Support messages: Sent in response to your inquiries
- Marketing messages (if opted in): Maximum 4 messages per month
3.2 Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
4.1 STOP to Cancel. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1 No Sharing for Marketing. We will NOT share or sell your mobile phone number or any mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

6.3 Security. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your mobile information, including encryption and access controls.
7. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other major carriers are supported.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
