Acceptable Use Policy

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud

1.2 Harmful Content

• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or threatening
• Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others

1.3 Security Violations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or infrastructure
• Conduct vulnerability scanning without authorization
• Circumvent security controls or access restrictions
• Share credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties

1.4 Abuse of Resources

• Use the Services for cryptocurrency mining
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Engage in activities that degrade service performance for others
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or circumvent rate limiting
• Use the Services to build a competing product

1.5 Data Protection Violations

• Process personal data without lawful basis
• Collect data through deceptive means
• Violate data subject rights or privacy laws
• Transfer data in violation of applicable restrictions

2. Security Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Implementing appropriate access controls for your users
• Using strong, unique passwords and enabling MFA where available
• Promptly reporting security incidents or vulnerabilities
• Keeping client software and integrations up to date
• Following the principle of least privilege for access permissions

3. AI and Automation Usage

When using AI features of the ODE-LOS:

• You remain responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs
• Do not use AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
• Do not attempt to extract training data or reverse engineer AI models
• Comply with applicable AI regulations and guidelines
• Maintain human oversight for critical business decisions

4. API and Integration Usage

• Respect rate limits and implement appropriate backoff strategies
• Use API keys and tokens securely; do not embed in client-side code
• Identify your application with appropriate User-Agent headers
• Do not scrape or bulk download data beyond authorized use
• Comply with API documentation and versioning requirements

6.1 Investigation. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement when required or appropriate.

6.2 Actions. Violations may result in: warning notices, temporary suspension, permanent termination, removal of content, or legal action.
