Anti-Bot & Anti-Scraping Policy

Effective Date: January 29, 2026 | Last Updated: January 29, 2026

Llewellyn Systems Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") | EIN: 41-3612271

1. Overview

This Anti-Bot and Anti-Scraping Policy ("Policy") governs automated access to the ODE platform, website, APIs, and all related services operated by Llewellyn Systems Inc. Unauthorized automated access, data extraction, crawling, scraping, or bot-driven activity is strictly prohibited except as expressly permitted herein.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Llewellyn Systems:

  • Data Scraping: Extracting, harvesting, or collecting data from ODE through automated means including but not limited to web scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or data mining tools.
  • Content Reproduction: Systematically downloading, copying, or reproducing platform content, user interfaces, or proprietary information.
  • API Abuse: Accessing ODE APIs in excess of published rate limits, without valid authentication, or for purposes not authorized by your subscription agreement.
  • Credential Stuffing: Using automated tools to test stolen or leaked credentials against ODE authentication endpoints.
  • Account Automation: Creating accounts, submitting forms, or interacting with ODE features through automated means without authorization.
  • Reverse Engineering: Automated analysis of ODE infrastructure, network topology, API structure, or proprietary algorithms.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Using automated tools to monitor ODE pricing, features, availability, or performance for competitive purposes.
  • AI/ML Training: Scraping or extracting ODE content, data, or outputs for the purpose of training artificial intelligence or machine learning models without explicit written permission.

3. Technical Protection Measures

ODE employs the following technical measures to detect and prevent unauthorized automated access:

  • 1.Bot Shield: Real-time bot detection and blocking using behavioral analysis, device fingerprinting, and threat intelligence feeds.
  • 2.Rate Limiting: API and page request rate limits enforced per IP, per session, and per account. Published limits in API documentation.
  • 3.Geo-Fencing: Geographic access restrictions based on threat intelligence and data sovereignty requirements.
  • 4.CAPTCHA & Challenge: Progressive challenge mechanisms for suspicious traffic patterns.
  • 5.TLS Fingerprinting: Detection of non-browser automated clients through TLS handshake analysis.
  • 6.Honeypot Fields: Hidden form fields and endpoints to detect automated submission tools.
  • 7.Behavioral Analysis: Machine learning-based detection of non-human interaction patterns.

4. Permitted Automated Access

The following automated access is permitted:

  • Authorized API Access: Automated access through ODE APIs with valid authentication credentials, within published rate limits, and in compliance with your subscription agreement.
  • Search Engine Indexing: Standard search engine crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot, etc.) may index public pages in accordance with our robots.txt directives.
  • Accessibility Tools: Screen readers and assistive technology accessing ODE for accessibility purposes.
  • Security Research: Authorized security testing conducted under our responsible disclosure program (solstaff@soundoflife.media).
  • Integration Partners: Partners with executed integration agreements may access designated endpoints.

5. robots.txt & Crawl Directives

All automated agents must respect our robots.txt file and crawl-delay directives. Disregarding these directives constitutes a violation of this Policy and may constitute unauthorized access under applicable computer fraud laws. ODE reserves the right to update robots.txt at any time without notice.

6. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Immediate IP Blocking: Automated blocking of offending IP addresses, ranges, and associated infrastructure.
  • Account Suspension: Suspension or termination of any associated ODE accounts.
  • Legal Action: Pursuit of legal remedies under applicable laws including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), California Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act, and equivalent international laws.
  • Damages: Recovery of actual damages, statutory damages, and reasonable attorneys' fees.
  • Law Enforcement Referral: Referral to appropriate law enforcement agencies for criminal violations.

7. Data Protection & IP

All content, data, interfaces, algorithms, and proprietary information accessible through ODE are the exclusive intellectual property of Llewellyn Systems Inc. and are protected by copyright, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized extraction or reproduction of any ODE content constitutes theft of trade secrets and copyright infringement. Our data governance policies enforce strict separation between aggregated intelligence and personal data. No scraping of ODE will yield personal information — our architecture prevents it by design.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of unauthorized automated access to ODE, please report it to:

  • Security Team: solstaff@soundoflife.media
  • Abuse Reports: solstaff@soundoflife.media
  • Support: Chat with Sales
  • Mail: Llewellyn Systems Inc., 2601 Blanding Ave, Ste C248, Alameda, CA 94501

9. Responsible Disclosure Program

We welcome responsible security research. If you discover a vulnerability in ODE, please report it to solstaff@soundoflife.media before disclosing publicly. We commit to acknowledging reports within 48 hours, providing an initial assessment within 5 business days, and working with researchers in good faith to resolve confirmed vulnerabilities. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who comply with this responsible disclosure program.

10. Amendments

Llewellyn Systems reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform and/or website. Continued automated access to ODE after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
