Why standard models fail at long documents
Every large language model has a context window — and every context window is a lossy compression of reality. As document length increases, model attention dilutes. Claims from page three become unreliable against claims from page eighty. Contradictions are resolved by recency rather than evidence.
ODE Context addresses this through a working memory architecture that processes documents in structured passes, maintains cross-sectional references, and routes contradictions through an adversarial reconciliation step before producing output.
Working Memory Architecture
ODE Context maintains a structured working memory across document sections, preserving context that standard models lose when content exceeds their native window. The model does not forget what it read on page one by page forty.
Adversarial Reconciliation
Where document sections contradict each other, ODE Context identifies the conflict, evaluates each claim against the full document context, and surfaces the discrepancy rather than silently resolving it in favor of recency.
